Main St Revitalization Grant:

 PSEG Long Island Main Street Revitalization program offers grants to help offset the cost of extensive renovations including: making the building NYS energy code compliant, the use of new high efficiency HVAC units, energy efficient windows, insulation, roofing materials, water conservation and LED lighting and historic renovations and any other facet of the renovation that would increase the energy efficiency of the space.  

Vacant Space Program:

The PSEG Long Island vacant space revival program is a new and innovative way to attract and help businesses thrive in Long Island’s downtowns.

PSEG Long Island will provide incentives to businesses, when they take occupancy of commercial space such as a store front, in a business district or in an area of existing commercial businesses that has been vacant for at least a year.  These incentives are a percentage of your bill and applied to the account in the form of a bill credit.
