As an Agency Development Manager (ADM) at Colonial Voluntary Benefits/Paul Revere specializing in supplemental benefits, I help employers navigate their employee benefits that are faced with challenges to secure coverage that adapts to today's evolving work landscape.
 
I manage all aspects of the voluntary benefits, recruiting, interviews, provides 1:1 coaching and development, leads joint field work for the district and supports the onboarding and training of new agents.
 
I partner with insurance brokers to help streamline their benefits package, reducing time by fifty percent, whether by using our state-of-the-art enrollment technology.
 
Norma and her team's main focuses are on relationship with clients and customer service.  We assist employers manage the complex issues related to their claims.
 
I am passionate about educating myself on the evolving trends of the insurance industry.  I enjoy promoting and advocating for the businesses in the community.
