Fall is here, but the music and entertainment does not stop in America’s largest township. After a successful 2020 summer concert series that was unlike any other in history – a drive-in format at Town Park Point Lookout to safeguard the health and safety of residents and to provide fun entertainment during the COVID-19 pandemic, Supervisor Don Clavin and the Town Board have extended the fun into autumn.

Please note that the events are free, but pre-registration is mandatory for the Town of Hempstead’s fall concert series. Visit http://bit.ly/TOHFallConcert to register for the free tickets.

“After enjoying a terrific summer of our new drive-in concert series, I’m thrilled to announce that the Town of Hempstead is extending the fun into the fall season,” Clavin said. “There is a variety of entertainment available for people of all ages, and I invite residents to register for these free events at Town Park Point Lookout.”

All shows are hosted at Town Park Point Lookout. October 3rd marked the first concert of the fall series, a performance by Rubix Kube, an ’80s-themed band. The excitement continues on October 10th with Jimmy Kenny and the Pirate Beach Band, a tribute to famous acts such as Jimmy Buffet, Kenny Chesney and the Zac Brown Band.
